MegaCli - Activate LSI License Key

Today i had to activate a CacheCade license on a Avago 9361-4i, accorded to the documentation you need to use the Windows controller manager to activate the license because the built-in configurator doesn't allow to enter the key.

Come on ... Windows ? Really ?

With chance we can use MegaCli !

First you need to get the SafeID

MegaCli64 -EFL -GetSafeId -a0

Generate your serial key and now, enter the key

MegaCli64 -ELF -Applykey key "XXXXXXXXXXXXX" -a0

If the key is correct, you'll get an error asking to reboot to finish the activation.
If you get an "argument error", check the key.
